We ship via First Class Mail for United States purchases. International purchases will be shipped via Airmail. Shipping costs are included in the sale price unless otherwise noted. Additional shipping information (if any) will be specified for each product at time of purchase.

E-Subscription transmission (shipping) information is specified for each product at time of purchase.

If you order an item that is out-of-stock or is no longer available, you will be issued a refund within 3-7 business days.

 

If an item is damaged during postal delivery, we will replace it upon receipt of the damaged goods. Otherwise, refunds will not be granted once an item has been shipped, either by postal-mail or by e-mail.
